SHIPPING FAQ:


We are experiencing some delays due to COVID-19 and government restrictions on shipping, our estimated shipping times may be impacted. Please allow some extra time for delivery.

Standard Shipping Times:

 US and Canada: 7 - 14 Business days*
 Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 14 Business days*
 Europe* 7- 16 Business Days*
 United Kingdom 7- 14 Business Days*
 Latin America: 12 - 20 Business Days*
 Africa* 12 - 22 Business Days*
 Other countries: 10- 20 Business Days*

 after order processing and payment verification to receive package.

Please expect 1-3 weeks of delivery (due to the COVID-19 Situation).

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Crimea, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is
out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
● Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping
address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other
unavoidable circumstances.
● Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and
taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges
are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated Delivery Time is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. Two steps. 1. Order fulfillment, and 2. Estimated Shipping.
Order Fulfillment time takes an average 3-5 business days. This includes processing and handling.
Estimated Shipping Time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area and region.-Fulfillment time does not include shipping. 
The estimated delivery time is an estimate, it is not a guarantee, due to issues with wrong address, Covid-19, and shipping related delays. 
If you haven't received your product by an estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. Contact us at Support@Rudelimit.com with any concerns.
Business Days are considered Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed. 

TRACKING 
Once we have shipped your order, please allow 3 - 5 days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. We will provide you with the tracking number, if you have not received a tracking number in 5 days, Contact us at  Support@Rudelimit.com. and we will provide you with it.

WRONG ADDRESS
The buyer is responsible to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Our team do their best to speed up the process and shipping time. There is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you believe you provided a wrong shipping address. Contact us at Support@Rudelimit.com 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE
RudeLimit and our partners are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive your package. Contact your shipping carrier. 

PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 3 - 5 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. If we are low on inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our other locations, depending where it is closer to you.  RudeLimit is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Services. 
● If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following
week.

ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at Support@RudeLimit.com
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
